Looking for an easy-to-use template to create your own Strategic Plan? Look no further! This is the Word document I’ve used for my own business and several clients. I have included some of my own strategic planning elements so you can see what kind of information (and what level of detail) to include.
Your strategic plan document should focus you on your priorities, targets, and what you’re going to do to reach those targets. If you haven’t figured out your marketing strategy or you’re lacking in other key business skills, developing those capabilities should be part of your strategic plan (and fairly high priority!)
